This edition of Applause presents a tribute to recently deceased "outsider" artist Reverend Albert Wagner who was known as "The Black Moses" of the art world. A selection of this acclaimed artist's work is reviewed and highlights from an archived Applause interview with Wagner are also featured. In another Applause segment, Cleveland Heights artist Cathy Bleck joins program host Perry for an in-studio interview discussing her work and her new book, "Open Spaces". The program concludes with a tour of Cleveland State University's newly restored Fenn Tower with CSU President Dr. Michael Schwartz showcasing the building's rich history and the story behind the restoration to its 1929 grandeur.
