High school culinary students from around Northeast Ohio, the region’s next “Top Chef” talents, will showcase their cooking creativity on the latest installment of the WVIZ/PBS Cooks! series – C is for Culinary Arts. Watch to learn how you can obtain the cookbook filled with fabulous recipes, including those prepared on the show.
Catch the encore Saturday at 3pm.
Each student will be joined by his/her cooking instructor to demonstrate their techniques and share the recipes for their delicious dishes. To date, the students and their featured specialties include:
