The State of Ohio is a weekly news program spotlighting the latest happenings at the Statehouse, in the Governor’s office, at the Ohio Supreme Court and throughout the Buckeye State. The budget ax is back - another half a billion dollars needs to be hacked. Two think tanks say the state has been shooting itself in the foot when it comes to renewing its core communities, by spreading investment dollars around like peanut butter and developing programs that undermine each other.
