Blackened Scallops over Angel Hair Pasta

After my doctor suggested I add more fish to my diet saying that a spicy dish helps with weight loss, I found this dish and it is fabulous. My wife likes this with just the pasta. WARNING! As written, this recipe is too pepper-hot for many…reduce pepper amounts unless you like it very spicy! Wine suggestion: I like an Australian Sauvignon Blanc by Giesen. Nice fruity flavor to off set the spice.
