When the next electric bill arrives, you should do a comparison of the average amount of electricity used BEFORE the action plan and AFTER the action plan.

 
 
 
 
Remember that a community action plan is used to change the daily practices of a group. They have been known to be effective if used over an extended period of time. Think of it as a campaign to win people over to your point of view.
