The article "The Cuyahoga River, Ohio, USA" is an excellent source from the BBC in Great Britain for historical information about the Cuyahoga River Watershed. It gives basic facts about the river, its geological history, facts concerning its biology and ecology, and its history beginning with Native American settlements to the present day.

 

"A Brief History of the Cuyahoga Valley" is an article from the National Park Service. It provides a history of the Cuyahoga Valley including geological information about the Cuyahoga River dating back to the first Native American settlement to today.
