There are many ways you can tell if a person is really your friend. One way is by being helpful like helping your friend if they get hurt. Another way is being honest like telling the truth to your friend and your friend telling the truth to you. The third way is being caring, like not yelling in someone's ear or punching someone on purpose and especially not stepping on someone's foot. Last of all, you should be a good listener to your friend, like don't whistle when someone is talking. The most important thing is that you should have lots of fun with a friend.

Fall Fantasies
The Indian Summer Days of fall are the most perfect time for outside fun. Not too hot, not too cold, and no hassle of coats, hats, sunscreen, or water bottles. My favorite thing to do is to mound up the brown crunchy leaves and dive in. I feel like I'm a quick silver spoon crashing into a bowl of corn flakes. If frost has fallen, they're sugar frosted flakes. They're great! I also like to pretend the leaves are crisp $100 bills. I grab handfuls and toss them in the air, yelling, “I'm rich, I'm rich!”

KEEP IT CLEAN, WE ARE COUNTING ON YOU!!
Hey, do you know what you can do to make the world a better place? Well, if you don't, I will tell you the most important one. Put trash in its place and recycle. Trash takes up a lot of valuable space on our earth and a lot of it is not biodegradable. This means that the earth can't get minerals from it or break it down. If everyone chips in, the earth would be a better place. Do your part, don't litter and please recycle! Our future counts on it!

I know my friends are really my friends because of their actions. They hang with me and they play with me. Another thing they do is they talk with me on the playground. My friends always work with me. Plus, they do a lot of stuff with me like play hide and go seek. They make up good games and then we play. Also, my friends make good knock, knock jokes. They try to always sit next to me. These are the ways I know my friends are really my friends.

The Things I Enjoy Most About Fall
I love fall, it's a ball. I love pumpkin carving, leaves jumping, scarecrow stuffing, fire going, oven roasting, family talking.
Hanging out with my friends is what I do best! We make a pile of falling leaves and then jump one by one.
Every Sunday in the fall we watch the Bengals playing ball, hoping they will win the game.
Every night our house is toasty, full of love and talking voices. Saying good night is the hardest time because the day was so much fun!

HIKE!
Leaves falling orange and red,
A football helmet on my head.
The leaves crumble in tiny bits,
The linebacker in a raging blitz!
Football is number one about fall.
Tackle, try and get the ball!
The harvest and the hay,
Can you run all the way?
The leaves yellow and brown,
A field goal or touchdown.
This is the football season story,
The victory and glory!

We're here!
Crunch, Crunch
Run to the warm house out of the breeze.
Quickly open the doors
We find the scent of pumpkin pie rushing towards us.
Hugs, kisses, and say hellos
Rush into the rain.
See the horses in the barn,
Soft eyes full of hope
Hope that fall will come again.
Full of joy and love.

The Best Thing About Autumn
The best thing about autumn is that the
leaves change color from their usual verdant
green, to vibrant orange, bright yellow, and
deep red. The colors of the leaves become
brighter than it is possible to re-create.
They look like beautiful, brightly colored
butterflies, swarming around the trees. As
Thanksgiving approaches, the leaves sway in
the wind, creating a wonderful autumn bliss.

Fall
Ahhh, it's that time of year again! Time to break out the rakes and jump into piles of leaves. The crisp cool air is exhilarating! But hidden beneath the glory is an evil. It's time to go to a place we call jail. But instead of shackles we're kept in by desks. And instead of hammering rocks, we write papers. Yes, it's true, it's time for school! We'll be swept from our leaf piles and put onto yellow transportation vehicles and taken to the torture chambers to learn everything that we don't need to know. Summer is finally over.

What I Like About Fall
Fall is one of my favorite times of the year,
I like it when this season comes here.
Raking leaves is lots of fun,
But I am always glad when the job is done.
Thanksgiving Day is hard to beat,
There is always lots of good food to eat!
Once Thanksgiving Day is here,
I know that Winter, my favorite season, is very near.
