PBS TeacherLine Courses

PBS TeacherLine is a series of facilitated online courses produced by leading educators and educational institutions.  They are video-rich and are project-based.  Each week, learners complete as assignment, read articles and view video, and participate in online discussions.  We offer graduate credit through Ashland and Cleveland State Universities, and the University of Akron.

Key features include:

  • No set times to be online – login anytime, anywhere at least 2 – 3x per week.
  • Help from expert facilitators – master teachers guide you through the courses.
  • No need to be a technology expert – if you can e-mail, you can do this!
  • Optional graduate credit – we offer 2 and 3 graduate credit hour courses.
  • Reasonable cost - $200 for 30-contact hour courses, and $300 for 45-contact hour courses.  Graduate credit is offered at the additional cost of $120 per graduate credit.  Please see the chart below for specifics.
