TeacherLine Course Withdrawal Policy
To withdraw from a TeacherLine course,
you must inform both Heidi Smith (Heidi.Smith@ideastream.org)
and your facilitator by email. The date you notify them
is considered your withdrawal date.
A refund
of the TeacherLine course registration fee will be issued as follows:
For 6-Week and 8-Week Courses
1. The learner can withdraw from the course with a full refund
up until 2 business days before the course start date.
2. The learner can withdraw from the course with a half-refund
up until 7 days (not seven business days) after the course start
date.
3. If the learner is enrolled on the eighth day following the
course start date (not the eighth business day,) they will receive
no refund.
For 3-Week Squished Sessions
1. The learner can withdraw from the course with a full refund
up until 2 business days before the course start date.
2. The learner can withdraw from the course with a half-refund
up until 4 days (not four business days) after the course start
date.
3. If the learner is enrolled on the fifth day following the course
start date (not the fifth business day,) they will receive no
refund.
