The Career Exploration Series feature presenters from a variety of careers who will discuss the nature of their occupation, education background, training and qualifications, job outlook, average earnings, advancement potential, related occupations, and sources of additional information. Remote site students will have the opportunity to interact live with our guests or send their questions via email.

WVIZ/PBS ideastream has developed a number of partnerships throughout northeast Ohio. As a result of these collaborative efforts “special” programming becomes available to share with students across the state. Through the use of WVIZ distance learning technology, students can participate and interact live in a variety of “themed” programs. Examples of special programming have included: Model UN, Black History Month, Junior Achievement, Smart and Sober, Diversity, Sounds of Ideas, Cultural Exchange, Roots of American Music, etc.
