Students in China and many other Asian countries spend more time in school than American students - and Asian students consistently outscore American students on math and science tests. President Obama is pushing for a longer school year - and his secretary of education, Arne Duncan agrees. But some educators are resisting the change, as many cash-strapped school districts have to cut services to students rather than add them. Lisa Sylvester has our story.
