Across Ohio, voters headed to the polls on Tuesday. Besides many local issues, Ohioans were faced with three statewide issues, all of which involved amendments to the state’s constitution. Issue one would authorize bonuses to veterans of recent wars. Issue two would create a standards board for the care of farm animals. Issue three would allow casinos in four Ohio cities.
