President Obama headed to Ohio this week to launch what could be a make-or-break week for health care reform. In a rally in Strongsville, not far from Cleveland, the President rolled up his sleeves and made a final pitch for reform ahead of a vote expected in the House of Representatives this week. House Democratic leaders are trying to get support for the version of the health bill passed in the Senate back in December. Some Democrats say the bill doesn't do enough. Republicans promise to do what they can to defeat the bill. Sandra Endo is in Washington with the latest.
