Every year my friends Jean and Bill host a seder for family and friends. Because of the mission and meaning of Freedom Quest Ohio, I was especially anxious to come home so I would not miss the seder. The Passover Seder commemorates the Jews’ exodus from Egyptian slavery more than 3,000 years ago. The seder, readings and ritual filled meal, has quiet lessons of humility and liberation that make me think about the kinds of things we are enslaved by today. I am glad Bill and Jean include me in this gathering. I love this celebration of FREEDOM.
