When it comes to predicting stocks or the economy, there's no shortage of advice. If Jim Cramer's not your style, your local book store has a whole section dedicated to personal finance. But one of the few things we know for certain about the economy is that no one knows for sure what's going to happen. But some people are better predictors than others. Take Richard Dekaser for example. He's the chief economist at National City here in Cleveland and USA Today just named him the number one forecaster on its list of prominent economists.
