WVIZ/PBS and Reading Rainbow are pleased to present the winners of the Fifth Annual Reading Rainbow Young Writers and Illustrators Contest. The Emmy award-winning PBS television series Reading Rainbow invites children to discover books, reading and the love of learning. The national contest extends this mission by encouraging, challenging and rewarding children from kindergarten through third grade to create their own picture books.
